No. For orders within the EU we take care of the VAT, and there is no customs as we ship from our warehouse in Sweden.

You should receive an email and sms with information about you shipment soon after it leaves our warehouse. If not, just send us an email at info@scientistfactory.com with you order number, so we can look it up and send you the tracking information.

We are located in Oslo, Norway, and we have a warehouse for international orders i Gothenburg, Sweden. 

Yes we do! Shipping prices for your country can be seen in the checkout when you enter your country. 

All orders are usually processed the same or following day after your purchase. For Denmark, Finland and Germany the shipping usually is from 2-4 business days. To the UK, shipping has recently taken up to 8 days. For the rest of the European Union, shipping should take around 7 business days. 

Do you want to order to an address outside the EU, send us an email and we will figure it out together. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay and Applepay.

If you use Paypal, you are charged when the order is processed. This is because we are a trusted seller with Paypal. When you use Paypal, you are also covered by the comprehensive Paypal buyer protection. 

If you use Stripe, the secure payment with card option, you are charged when the order leaves the warehouse.

For international returns outside of Sweden we charge a fee of 35€. This will be deducted from the refund.
