General: These terms and conditions regulate the customer’s use of goods and services provided by The Scientist Factory AS, referred to as the seller. These conditions apply to all sales performed by the seller, unless otherwise is agreed in writing between the two parties.

Prices and delivery: The prices are shown in € Euro and include 25% VAT unless otherwise is stated. The site is updated daily, ensuring that prices are always up to date. The seller is not in charge of any technical errors that may occur.

Orders: All deliveries are shipped with DHL or another transportation company depending on the buyers location. For orders delivered within the EU, DHL is the preferred transportation company. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address on the order is correct. The delivery time is normally 3 -7 business days, depending on the time of the order, delivery destination and if the product you purchased is in stock. The customer will be notified by e-mail when the delivery is shipped. Orders received before 10 am are normally processed the same day. Orders received after 10 am will be processed the next weekday. We do not ship products on weekends or national-holidays. Remember to always provide a regular address and not a PO-Box address, if your order is larger than an envelope. If the item is damaged, please report to the seller as soon as you can, preferably on the day of the delivery to email: It is important that you submit a complete statement about any damage that has occurred. If you see that the package is damaged on delivery, you can also report this to the transportation company before you sign for the package. Your order is binding, when the order is registered on our server. We are bound to your order if it does not differ from what is offered by us in our web shop, through our marketing strategies or else.

Returns: The seller is not obliged to pay for the return shipment for the customer. This also applies when you regret your purchase and use your right to return or exchange your purchase. When the customer does not collect their order, the seller has the right to add a fee of 35 €uro, which will help cover the return shipping costs to the seller as well as internal administration fees.

Complaints: Before a problem with a product is reported to the seller, the customer must examine whether the problem can be caused after the delivery. If the customer can prove that the product does not function or look like how its described in our web-shop, the customer must report this to the seller so that the seller can take acquired action. The customer loose their right to file a complaint if they do not send a message within a reasonable time after they have discovered a faulty product.

Customer Dissatisfaction: The seller should make sure that the product provided is not incorrect, and if so take action to amend it. If the customer takes measures to correct the faulty product beyond the time limit that was agreed with the seller, the seller does not reimburse the customer. 

Repent Purchase: In accordance to the applicable consumer protection legislation, the costumer is entitled to cancel or return the order within 14 days from the date the customer received it. To revise or return an order the condition of the product must be in unchanged condition and no sealing or packaging should opened. The return-shipping costs is paid by the customer.

Changes in the terms and conditions: The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, as a result of changes in the legislation.

Force Majure: We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s prevalence such as work conflicts, strikes, fire, political instabilities, government decision, reduced or faulty delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is assumed for any changes to products / product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is never responsible for direct or indirect damage / loss that may arise for the customer.
